If you’re looking for a unique and spooky Halloween event in Los Angeles, add The House of Spirits: Haunted Cocktail Soiree Los Angeles to your list! This spooky interactive Halloween party is unlike any other party in town.
We arrived at the spooky old mansion in Los Angeles, (exact location is given a couple of days before the party… adding to the air of mystery) and immediately realized we were part of a very spooky and strange ritual. There are three levels to this experience; the cocktail party, the second floor game complete with creatures, and the basement is the third level (you won’t want to miss this).
It felt like a variety show as we roamed from room to room in the spooky mansion, interacting with ‘guests’. We enjoyed themed cocktails, macabre magic, séances, strange roaming creatures, live music, and a giant Ouija board.
This spooky soiree is centered around the story of Francisco Vega, a mad man who at the end of his life painted six disturbing paintings depicting peculiar figures. Those paintings are known as the Spirit Paintings. According to fragmented notes scribbled in his journals, Vega believed these paintings were the key to opening a doorway to another world.
The House of Spirits: Haunted Cocktail Soiree is produced by Justin and Melissa Meyer, owners of Meyer2Meyer Entertainment. Halloween is their sweet spot after producing Los Angeles Haunted Hayride, NY Haunted Hayride, Great Horror Movie Nights in LA and other spooky productions. They produce and operate their own events, own a costume shop with over 40,000 pieces, and run an event venue in Glendale.
You can purchase tickets for this Halloween event here, for various 2 hour shows between October 11th and November 2nd, and each ticket includes:
